The 1981-82 Pohár Rudého práva was the fourth edition of the Pohár Rudého práva, an international tournament. It was held from August 12, 1981, to September 10, 1982. It was held at multiple locations in Czechoslovakia, Finland, and Sweden. The Soviet Union won the tournament by defeating Czechoslovakia in the final.
